Canon Gerard Bradley Appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Southwark
With great joy, St Ann’s Catholic Parish, Kingston Hill, congratulates Canon Gerard Bradley on his appointment as Auxiliary Bishop of Southwark.

Many in our parish will remember Canon Gerard’s prayerful presence at Confirmation 2025 here at St Ann’s, where his gentle encouragement was deeply appreciated by our young people and their families. It is a special blessing for our parish to see him now called to this wider ministry in the Church.
Bishop-elect Gerard has personally asked for our prayers, and as a parish family we gladly commend him to the Lord. We give thanks for his deep spirituality and pastoral wisdom, and we pray that the Holy Spirit may guide and strengthen him in this new responsibility.
We also express our gratitude to Pope Leo XIV for this gracious appointment.
