ST ANN’S 60+ CLUB JOYFULLY INAUGURATED
A new space of friendship, wellbeing and community at St Ann’s Kingston Hill

The parish of St Ann’s is filled with joy as we celebrate the successful inauguration of our 60+ Club on Wednesday morning. It was a beautiful beginning to a ministry of companionship and care for our seniors. The hall echoed with warm smiles, gentle laughter, and bright energy as our members gathered for the first time.
We opened with gentle chair exercises and simple yoga stretches, supporting mobility and relaxation. The fun continued with games, bingo, and a friendly raffle, followed by tea, coffee, and refreshments lovingly prepared and served by volunteers.
This new initiative springs from our parish mission of nurturing the wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit. At St Ann’s, we believe that community is a blessing and that no one should walk life’s journey alone. As Scripture reminds us:
“Even to your old age I am He, and to grey hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; I will carry and save.”
(Isaiah 46:4)
The 60+ Club will also host monthly input sessions from invited resource persons, adding more inspiration and enrichment in the weeks to come.
A heartfelt thank you to all who joined, supported, and helped us bring this vision to life. We especially thank Anna for coordinating and all volunteers who gave their time with such joy.
We warmly invite others in our community to come along.
