We are very pleased to announce that St Ann’s Catholic Church, Kingston Hill, has been designated as one of the Pilgrim Churches in the Archdiocese of Southwark for the Jubilee Year 2025. This is a moment of great honour for our parish as we participate in this extraordinary spiritual journey, themed “Pilgrims of Hope”.

To mark the commencement of this Jubilee Year, we invite you to join us for a special Grand Opening Mass:

Date: Sunday, 12th January 2025
Time: 10:30 AM
Venue: St Ann’s Catholic Church, Kingston Hill – KT2 7LX

During this solemn Mass, we will dedicate St Ann’s as a sacred place for pilgrims, reflecting its role as a beacon of faith, hope, and renewal.

Collect the Official Decree

Copies of the official decree, issued by Archbishop John Wilson on 20th December 2024, designating St Ann’s as a Pilgrim Church, are now available in the church porch. Parishioners are encouraged to take a copy home as a keepsake and to reflect on this historic moment for our community.

We warmly invite everyone – individuals, families, and groups – to join us for this significant celebration and to partake in the events planned throughout the Jubilee Year. Together, let us walk as Pilgrims of Hope, embracing God’s grace and sharing His love.

Christmas Celebration at St. Ann’s, Kingston Hill

The Christmas celebrations at St. Ann’s Catholic Church were a resounding success, with two well-attended Masses – one in the Night and one at Christmas Day. Parishioners and visitors from various places joined together for these joyous occasions.

Following the Masses, a vibrant celebration took place in the hall. During the Night Mass, the children delighted everyone with their Nativity play, after which they received gifts from the priest. Each child in the church was given a Christmas present.

The celebrations began with carols, followed by the Mass. The event was also live-streamed, and photographs were taken for everyone to cherish.

Additionally, we were pleased to bless and induct new altar servers, who proudly donned their new vestments. A crib competition saw eight children participating, with Almina and Eliana being awarded the rolling trophy and a gift. All other participants received a second prize.
